  • In this sauce/salsa, the priced Italian white truffles are combined with chopped Porcini Mushrooms, also called “Ceps” (Boletus Edulis), and cooked in the finest extra virgin olive oil with nothing artificial. The result is a cream with unmistakably delicate, balanced and powerful truffle and mushroom flavour.

  • Ideal for use in a pasta dish, such as Tagliatelle or Fusilli, roast pork or used to create tasty bruschetta spread on a slice of rustic bread, seasoning first courses, risotto, meat dishes, crotons and crostini. Or use it as a dip with fries or roasted potatoes.
