Freshly harvested in November 2015, it has a distinctive peppery aftertaste with the addition of a pinch of Ravida Sea Salt. Best tasted raw, it will also enhance the flavour of smoked salmon, steamed fish, a green or tomato salad, or a warm broad bean soup.
