This red wine jelly is made from one of the most famous Sicilian wines. It packs full of intense Mediterranean flavours. Nero d'Avola wine is very quickly brought to a boil so that the flavours and aromas from the wines produced from Sicilian earth are still retained.

Ideal accompaniment to Ragusano, Piacentinu Enna cheese, cheeses with herbs or soft cheeses, topping for toast and croissant, or cooked meat dishes. Blends well with platter of cold cuts and delicate with raw fish, marinated anchovies and tuna.
