  • A cream that is excellent to accompany pasta, such as Tagliatelle and Fusilli Spaccati or rice dishes, or as a topping for bruschetta or for stuffings. A simple pleasure when combined with hard-boiled eggs. Or use it as a dip for fries or roasted potatoes.
