This white wine jelly is made from Sicilian Insolia grape which is a unique varietal indigenous to Sicily. It packs full of intense Mediterranean flavours. Insolia wine is very quickly brought to a boil so that the flavours and aromas from the wines produced from the Sicilian earth are still retained.

Ideal as an accompaniment to Piacentinu Enna cheese, cheeses with herbs or soft cheeses, topping for toast and croissant, or white meat dishes such as chicken. With a touch of creativity it can also be added to sauces (tomato-based) for extra flavour.
