Malvasia Wine Jelly


  • This wine jelly is made from Sicilian Malvasia and packs full of intense Mediterranean flavours. Malvasia wine is very quickly brought to a boil so that the flavours and aromas from the wines produced from Sicilian earth are still retained.

    Ingredients: Malvasia Wine (70%), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), gelling agent (pectin)

    Net Weight: 180g

  • Perfectly matched with Piacentinu Enna cheese, cheeses with herbs or soft cheeses, dishes of wild game and smoked meats such as smoked herring. A touch of creativity and it can add depth to the taste of roast meat together with a drop of balsamic vinegar.
