This delicious wine jelly is made from the Zibibbo Muscat grapes (also known as Muscat of Alexandra) grown on the Italian Island of Pantelleria, located in the west of Sicily. These grapes are one of the oldest known grape varietals in the world which originated from North Africa.
Ingredients: Zibibbo Wine (70%), sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), gelling agent (pectin)

It is perfect with blue and sharp cheese or fresh cheeses like Mascarpone and Ricotta. You can also add a creative twist to its use by adding it to yoghurt, or with pannacotta or fruit.
